The two wavelengths differ in melanin absorption and depth of penetration, so they can be selected according to the skin condition and the target tissue. Various spot sizes and pulse settings make it suitable for anything from small, localized spots to broad areas. A cooling system synchronized with each laser pulse manages the temperature of the epidermis during energy delivery.
